So I am on this kick, trying out lots of cool things on the web. I am following a course that shows me lots of programs and how to use them. I just tryed ''Wordle''. Not bad, it's easy to use but hard to have it do something precise. I used to like working in Photoshop, it gave me much more flexibility and control. However in a pinch, Wordle would work nicely.
Here is the little example I tried, nothing fancy...
I like how I can do it very quickly. Seems like these days time is always of essence!
So in these next few post I will probably have lots of new to me things. I will post them here, a way for me to remember all these things that I just learned. Everything will likely all have to do with art since that is my passion but it will be pretty random.
I kind of like random!
Speaking of random, check out this beautifuly handpainted door that I found on

Anything painted comes to life!
Library info; pretty interesting stuff!
I learned allot about My Vision account with the NB Public Library.
Did you know that with your library card you can log into the NB Public Library and put books on hold, renew your books AND you can even create lists of books that you have read or would like to read. It is nice to keep track, you never know when it can come in handy. I don't know about you, but I forget book titles all the time. Now if I want to recommend a book to a friend I can do so cause I have my list, in my Vision account.
There is lots there to do, more than I expected from the library to tell you the truth. Libraries are really doing lots to keep up with the times. I would say they are doing a great job.
Now we can rent movies at the library and even comment on those, online. I can keep track of the movies that I have watched and so on. Kind of like what we can do on Netflix.
If you have a library card, check it out online. If you don't have a card yet, what are you waiting for!!!!
Webinars
My husband and I have watched a few Ynab webinars. It's this budgeting software that we find works really well for household budgeting. The webinars were very helpful cause we can listen to someone teach us how the software works while she is showing us from her computer where to click and what to do. She showed us many examples. This was my first experience with Webinars and I am all over it! We could learn from the comfort of our own home. In fact for one of these we sat with our coffee in had while in our pj's and learning a new part of the software. A great way to start that Saturday morning! There are Webinars on many different things. If you need to take a course and have this as an option, I would take this route for sure.
